星宇控股(02346)：梁耀祖辞任公司秘书及授权代表
星宇控股(02346)发布公告，梁耀祖已辞任公司的公司秘书及授权代表的职务，自2024年1月29日起生效，并于同日起将不再担任根据上市规则第3.05条所规定的公司授权代表(上市规则项下的授权代表)，以及根据香港法例第622章公司条例代表公司于香港接受任何将向公司送达的法律程序文件或通知的公司授权代表(公司条例项下的授权代表，与上市规则项下的授权代表统称“授权代表”)。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
