龙源电力(00916)拟6.797亿元收购七家目标公司100%股权 加强光伏产业布局
龙源电力(00916)发布公告，于2023年12月29日，该公司全资附属公司龙源上海分别与东能新源、新源壹号及国能低碳基金签订股权转让协议。东能新源、新源壹号及国能低碳基金有条件同意转让而龙源上海有条件同意受让七家目标公司(钦州晶能、河池盛步、河池晶鸿、晶鸿光伏、赤城新能源、森永新能源及新旭晟新能源)的100%股权及其相关权益，合计代价为人民币6.797亿元。
本次交易旨在加强集团光伏产业布局，扩大集团在新能源领域的市场份额，通过规模效益实现成本节约，增加发电收入和提高盈利能力，提高集团的竞争力。
