中船防务(00317)选举欧阳北京、张兴林为职工代表监事
中船防务(00317)发布公告，第十届董事会成员中，除独立非执行董事喻世友将于临时股东大会结束后卸任并不再参加第十一届董事会董事重选外，第十届董事会其他九位董事已确认将于临时股东大会上参加董事重选。第十届监事会的成员(职工代表监事除外)均已确认将于临时股东大会上参加监事重选。
除董事之重选议案外，董事会提出以下新的任命议案以组成第十一届董事会：张俊雄为执行董事;及谢昕为独立非执行董事。
两名职工代表监事已分别通过公司职工大会、控股公司黄埔文冲工会职代会联席会选举产生，选举欧阳北京、张兴林为公司第十一届监事会职工代表监事。职工代表监事张庆环及李凯将于临时股东大会结束后卸任监事职务。
