中国再生医学(08158)附属拟向常州博美生物科技注资1025万元
中国再生医学(08158)发布公告，于2023年12月29日(交易时段后)，公司直接全资附属中再生健康、常州星空及目标公司常州博美生物科技有限公司订立增资及认购协议，据此，中再生健康须以现金向目标公司注资人民币1025万元，其中，人民币25万元将被注入以增加目标公司的注册资本，而人民币1000万元将被注入至其资本公积。于完成后，目标公司将由中再生健康持有约33.3%权益及由常州星空持有约66.7%权益。
公告称，为向集团的高端客户提供更优质的产品及服务，集团决定扩充至大健康产品业务。董事相信，大健康产品业务可加强高端客户对我们医疗保健品牌的忠诚度，提高客户保留率，并刺激大健康产品市场的增长。这一举措将为其医疗中心引入高质量客户资源，促进产品及服务的双向流动，从而创造业务协同效应。集团旨在提供与现有医疗服务相辅相成的大健康产品，培养更高的客户忠诚度，并加强品牌认知度。开发新的大健康产品亦为我们的医疗中心吸引更多优质客户资源的渠道。
目标公司旨在动用中再生健康作出的注资用于加强其研发能力;扩展目标公司现有业务销售渠道;及满足其营运资金及一般公司需求。
