中国东方航空股份(00670)拟以“货币+非货币财产”方式向川航股份增资12亿元
中国东方航空股份(00670)发布公告，公司与四川航空集团有限责任公司(川航集团)、中国南方航空股份有限公司(南方航空)、山东航空股份有限公司(山东航空)、成都银杏金阁投资有限公司(银杏金阁)分别按股权比例以“货币+非货币财产”方式对四川航空股份有限公司(川航股份)增资人民币120亿元，其中公司出资人民币12亿元。
本次增资前后，公司持有的川航股份股权比例未发生变化，占川航股份发行总股本的10%。本次增资完成后，川航股份的注册资本将增加至人民币130亿元。
