康基医疗(09997)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.37%，报6.93港元，成交额522.56万港元。
消息面上，康基医疗公布，12月28日，公司的间接全资附属公司拟向买方Hangzhou Yonghao Carefree Cultural Development Co., Ltd.出售目标公司Hangzhou Kangji Qipu Medical Instrument Co., Ltd.的全部股权，总代价为人民币3.66亿元。
据悉，目标公司主要从事医疗器械的分销及研发。董事会认为，出售事项将使集团能够更好地利用其财务资源发展集团的现有业务；及出售事项符合集团的业务策略。
