港股异动 | 越秀地产(00123)现涨超3% 附属以43.94亿元竞得天河世界大观二期地块
越秀地产(00123)现涨超3%，截至发稿，涨2.94%，报6.31港元，成交额1196.13万港元。
消息面上，越秀地产发布公告，2023年12月28日，透过广州宏泰房地产开发有限公司(公司实际拥有27.7725%权益的联营企业)，通过公开挂牌方式以人民币43.9355亿元成功竞得广州市天河区黄云路AT1003010、AT1003075、AT1003082地块(“广州市天河区世界大观二期地块”)。
交银国际此前发布研报称，认为越秀的销售业绩仍然领先大多数同业，并且是在不利市场条件下率先完成全年销售目标的开发商。该行保持对越秀“买入”评级，目标价调整至10.7港元，较资产净值折让50%，维持越秀为该行2024年行业首选。
