港股异动 | 物管股多数上涨 合景悠活(03913)涨超6% 机构料行业毛利率仍有稳步提升空间
物管股多数上涨，截至发稿，合景悠活(03913)涨6.67%，报0.48港元；万物云(02602)涨2.71%，报24.6港元；世茂服务(00873)涨2.56%，报1.2港元；碧桂园服务(06098)涨1.84%，报6.64港元。
消息面上，中指院近期发布了《2023年中国物业服务价格指数报告》 ，报告指出，二十城物业服务价格综合指数为1075.67，同比上涨0.03%，涨幅较去年同期收窄0.04个百分点；环比上涨0.02%，涨幅较上期扩大0.01个百分点。二十城物业服务均价为2.57元/平方米/月，物业服务收费均价略有上涨。
中信证券指出，物业行业的存量基本盘稳定，成本侧压力小，业绩透明度高，如果企业能控制好成长外拓过程中的回款风险，则企业完全有可能实现业绩稳中有增。该行表示，目前物业服务行业的劳动者作业界面还有明显优化的可能性，各种新科技成果还有加速应用的趋势，再考虑增值服务的发展，预期行业毛利率还有稳步提升的空间。
