北森控股(09669)跌超10%，此前2个交易日大涨70%，截至发稿，跌10.77%，报4.64港元，成交额3114万港元。
据悉，公司是国内一体化HR SaaS龙头，产品能力领先，凭借产品的一体化、高专业性、信效度保持收入留存率高企，短期收入稳定增长，调整后净亏损有所改善。
中信证券指出，考虑到公司经营规模较小，当前港股流动性较差，审慎给予公司FY20244倍PS，对应市值38亿港元，对应目标价5港元。
此外，根据香港联交所12月6日披露的文件，Max Woods Limited于12月1日以每股均价3.6542港元售出北森控股573.36万股普通股股份，价值约2,095.17万港元。售出后，Max Woods Limited最新持股数目为4,047.25万股股份，好仓比例由6.45%降至5.65%。
