大众金融控股(00626)：钟炎强将获委任为公司行政总裁 并调任为执行董事
大众金融控股(00626)公布，自2024年1月1日起，陈玉光先生将退任公司执行董事兼行政总裁及联席秘书，彼亦不再担任公司根据上市规则第 3.05 条及公司条例规定的授权代表;钟炎强先生将获委任为公司行政总裁，并由非执行董事调任为执行董事。
此外，Lee Huat Oon 先生将获委任为公司非执行董事以及公司根据上市规则第 3.05 条及公司条例规定的授权代表;及谢金玲女士将辞任公司非执行董事。
