大唐新能源(01798)拟设立合资公司以开发大唐儋州潜在海上风电项目
大唐新能源(01798)发布公告，于2023年12月28日，该公司、大唐新能源香港及大唐海南订立合资协议，内容有关(其中包括)订约方共同出资设立合资公司，以共同开发大唐儋州潜在海上风电项目。
根据合资协议，合资公司注册资本为人民币1亿元，其中该公司以现金出资人民币5500万元，占合资公司注册资本的55%;大唐新能源香港以现金出资人民币1000万元，占合资公司注册资本的10%;大唐海南以现金出资人民币3500万元，占合资公司注册资本的35%。
共同成立合资公司有利于推动海南海上风电项目开发建设，符合公司发展战略，符合国家“碳达峰、碳中和”发展目标，有利于提升公司经济效益，促进公司高质量发展。
