多想云(06696)拟折让约34.50%按“2配1”基准公开发售4亿股 净筹约5879万港元
多想云(06696)公布，董事会建议以公开发售的方式按每持有两股现有股份获配发1股公开发售股份基准向股东提呈发售总计4亿股公开发售股份，价格为每股公开发售股份0.15港元，配售价较2023年12月28日收市价每股0.229港元折让约34.50%，净筹约5879万港元，将用于从抖音购买媒体资源，让客户在抖音新分销管道投放广告获取在线流量，以及推广抖音分销管道;及作为公司的一般营运资本。
此外，包销商Many Idea Liujianhui是实益持有约1.3亿股(约占本公告发布之日已发行股份数量的16.31%)的主要股东，其已同意根据包销协议所载条款及条件包销未被承购的发售股份。
