大唐新能源(01798)拟出资1亿元参设合资以助力公司科技创新和绿色持续发展
大唐新能源(01798)发布公告，于2023年12月28日，大唐、大唐发电、桂冠电力、公司、大唐环境及东方院订立合资协议，内容有关订约方共同出资设立合资公司。
根据合资协议，合资公司注册资本为人民币10亿元，其中大唐以货币出资人民币5.1亿元，占合资公司注册资本的51%;大唐发电以货币出资人民币1.2亿元，占合资公司注册资本的12%;桂冠电力以货币出资人民币1.2亿元，占合资公司注册资本的12%;公司以货币出资人民币1亿元，占合资公司注册资本的10%;大唐环境以货币出资人民币0.5亿元，占合资公司注册资本的5%;东方院以货币出资人民币1亿元，占合资公司注册资本的10%。
公告称，出资设立合资公司有助于公司科技创新和绿色持续发展，更是积极落实国家“双碳”战略、科技创新战略的具体举措，通过投资设立合资公司作为能源领域科技创新平台，有利于推动协同创新攻关、广泛聚合、借力各方创新资源，共同承接国家重大科技攻关任务，实现全产业链产学研用深度融合，加快高水平科技创新成果转化与孵化，培育战略新兴产业与未来产业，实现高质量发展。
