华盛国际控股(01323)公布，公司建议按“2供1”基准发行最多约2.52亿股供股股份，每股供股股份0.115港元，较2023年12月28日收市价每股0.131港元折让约12.2%，净筹约2750万港元，将用于偿付集团未偿还短期债务。
于2023年12月28日(交易时段后)，该公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，配售代理已有条件同意竭尽所能促使独立承配人认购未获认购供股股份及不合资格股东未售供股股份。
