广州农商银行(01551)定向增发内资股的申请获中国证监会同意注册批复
广州农商银行(01551)发布公告，该行今日已收到中国证券监督管理委员会于2023年12月26日(同意注册之日)核发的《关于同意广州农村商业银行股份有限公司向特定对象发行股票注册的批复》(证监许可[2023]2876号)(内资股批复)。中国证监会已同意本次内资股发行的注册申请。内资股批复内容具体如下：
一.同意该行向特定对象发行股票的注册申请。
二.本次内资股发行应严格按照报送中国证监会的申报文件实施。
三.内资股批复自同意注册之日起12个月内有效。
四.自同意注册之日起至本次内资股发行结束前，该行如发生重大事项，应及时报告中国证监会并按有关规定处理。
