中国高速传动(00658)控股股东拟减持最多1.4亿股公司股份
中国高速传动(00658)发布公告，于本公告同日，丰盛的普通决议案被通过后，丰盛董事会可于通过该决议案之日起12个月内根据出售授权订明的其他条款及条件行使出售授权，出售最多1.4亿股公司股份(出售授权)。
于本公告日期，丰盛透过Five Seasons XVI Limited(一间于英属处女群岛注册成立的有限公司及丰盛的全资附属公司)持有公司11.89亿股股份，占公司已发行股份约72.71%。倘出售授权获悉数行使，丰盛于公司的股权或会减少约8.56%至约64.15%。此次丰盛潜在减持将不会导致公司控股股东发生任何变动。
