万励达(08482)发布公告，公司董事会欣然宣布近日与优选(深圳)商务科技有限公司达成战略合作协议，双方将在国内综合性数字营销服务及跨境营销服务合作，公司提供相关物流服务配套，以带动双方业务发展。
优选前身是优选电商工作室，专注于市场营销推广，网红孵化，主播形象打造，供应商整合，是国内综合性数字营销服务提供商之一，也是国内其中一间领先的内容社区及社交平台提供商所授权之电商核心服务商(基地)。优选以“科技简化工作，产品美化生活”为愿景，通过自研数字营销服务平台及产品体系构建，深度整合互联网及移动互联网端媒体与内容资源，为个人与企业用户提供优质的数字内容服务，优选预计在2024年启动全球购业务。
公司董事会认为，公司与优选的战略合作符合集团的长期发展目标与业务发展策略。本次与优选的战略合作可为双方带来潜在的利润增长点，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
