贝克微(02149)首挂上市，公告显示，公司发行约1500万股股份，每股定价27.47港元，每手100股，所得款项净额约3.51亿港元。截至发稿，跌8.81%，报25.05港元，成交额473.57万港元。
据悉，贝克微是于中国享有重要市场地位的仿真IC图案晶圆提供商之一。公司可交付的产品是附着完整电路、下游客户可自行决定通过标准易行的封装测试，或使用该公司提供的封装测试解决方案后即可制成单个IC芯片的仿真IC图案晶圆。
根据弗若斯特沙利文数据，以2022年收入计，贝克微是中国最大的仿真IC图案晶圆提供商，占同年中国市场规模总额（人民币213亿元）的市场份额为1.7%。贝克微的产品已赋能汽车电子、医疗、工业自动化、工业物联网、工业照明、仪表、通信、电力、储能及消费电子等多个应用领域，累计服务涵盖知名品牌制造商及行业知名芯片设计公司等众多下游客户。
