港股异动 | 国美零售(00493)大涨近30% 与京东达成部分债转股协议
国美零售(00493)大涨近30%，截至发稿，涨24.59%，报0.076港元，成交额8409.72万港元。
消息面上，国美零售公布，12月27日，公司、国美电器及卖方(为公司的附属公司实体)与买方及债券持有人(买方及债券持有人均由JD.com, Inc.最终控制)订立协议，以(i)股权转让及(ii)转换的方式结算部分债券。
根据协议，卖方将向买方出售目标公司深圳十分到家服务科技有限公司的21.6495%股权，代价为人民币1.05亿元。该代价将悉数用于结算等值债券。公告称，进行协议项下拟进行的交易旨在使公司能够偿还部分债券，并使公司能够继续与债券持有人真诚讨论结算债券的解决方案。
