港股异动 | 鼎丰集团汽车(06878)早盘高开超4% 日前拟“10合1”并股 再折让约34.5%配股净筹最多4600万港元
鼎丰集团汽车(06878)早盘高开超4%，截至发稿，涨4.35%，报0.04港元，成交额130万港元。
消息面上，鼎丰集团汽车日前发布公告，董事会建议按每10股每股面值0.0025港元的现有股份合并为1股每股0.025港元的合并股份的基准进行股份合并。
董事会建议透过增设额外800亿股新现有股份(假设股份合并生效，将相当于80亿股新合并股份)，将公司法定股本由5000万港元(分为200亿股现有股份，假设股份合并生效，将相当于20亿股合并股份)增加至2.50亿港元(分为1000亿股现有股份，假设股份合并生效，将相当于100亿股合并股份)。董事会认为，增加法定股本在长远而言将为公司提供灵活性，以供日后筹集资金及扩大公司股本之用，因此符合公司及股东整体的利益。
待完成后并假设配售股份获悉数配售，预期配售事项的所得款项总额及净额将分别约为5000万港元及4600万港元。预期配售事项的所得款项净额将用作集团的一般营运资金及向公司债权人偿还部分债务。
