港股异动 | 升能集团(02459)再涨超8% 续创历史新高 发行1000万股代价股份
升能集团(02459)再涨超8%，续创历史新高，1月上市以来大涨457%，截至发稿，涨8.92%，报9.40港元，成交额714万港元。
消息面上，升能集团发布公告，于2023年12月22日根据日期为2023年11月13日的转让契据发行代价股份1000万股。
此外，升能集团日前发布公告，有关向高硕集团有限公司(为公司的全资附属公司)转让权益以收购毗邻公司位于意大利纳尔尼的现有石墨电极生产厂房的一幅地块。转让事项已于2023年12月22日完成，其时集团得以再向实现于欧洲每年12万公吨合成石墨负极材料总产能的愿景迈进一步。
全球锂离子电池需求及支持政策，为集团进军欧洲石墨负极材料市场提供有利的框架及动力。董事认为，扩展业务至石墨负极材料市场将大大扩阔集团的收入来源并加强盈利能力，因而有利于集团的长远增长。
