赣锋锂业(01772)：任宇尘获任董事会秘书
赣锋锂业(01772)发布公告，近日，公司董事会收到公司董事会秘书侯映学的书面辞职报告。侯映学先生因个人发展的原因，申请辞去公司董事会秘书职务。侯映学的辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。辞去董事会秘书职务后，侯映学不再担任公司其他职务。
经公司董事长提名，并经公司董事会提名委员会审核通过，公司于2023年12月25日召开第五届董事会第七十一次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任公司董事会秘书的议案》，同意聘任任宇尘担任公司董事会秘书，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至本届董事会届满之日止。
