微泰医疗-B(02235)：郑攀获任董事会主席
微泰医疗-B(02235)发布公告，于临时股东大会上，股东决议批准分别委任郑攀、于非、施永辉及刘秀为公司第二届董事会执行董事，毛硕及高韵为第二届董事会非执行董事，厉力华、何建昌、王春凤及程华为公司第二届董事会独立非执行董事。上述董事的委任于临时股东大会结束后即时生效，直至第二届董事会任期届满为止(即2023年12月27日起计3年)。
胡旭波于临时股东大会结束后不再担任非执行董事及战略委员会成员。
于临时股东大会上，股东决议批准分别委任吕承及赵志恒为公司第二届监事会股东代表监事。上述监事的委任于临时股东大会结束后即时生效，直至第二届监事会任期届满为止(即2023年12月27日起计3年)。
李振华获选举为公司第二届监事会职工代表监事;在于同日召开的监事会会议上，李振华获选举为监事会主席，其任期自2023年12月27日起直至第二届监事会任期届满为止。
此外，郑攀为公司第二届董事会主席。
