金科服务(09666)控股股东金科地产因司法判决转让3500万股公司股份予第三方
金科服务(09666)公布，董事会于2023年12月27日获悉，由于执行针对公司的控股股东金科地产集团股份有限公司(金科地产)的司法判决，金科地产实益拥有的3500万股公司股份已于2023年12月26日转让予第三方。于紧随股份转让后，金科地产于公司的持股已减少至约1.63亿股股份，占本公告日期公司已发行股本总数约25.49%。由于金科地产及其一致行动人士合共仍持有公司已发行股本总数约60.87%，于股份转让后，金科地产仍为公司的控股股东之一。
