环球战略集团(08007)与华领能源就发展电动汽车充电桩业务订立谅解备忘录
环球战略集团(08007)公布，于2023年12月27日，公司与华领能源有限公司(潜在合作伙伴)就发展电动汽车充电桩业务的潜在合作事宜订立一份不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录。
公告称，公司与潜在合作伙伴正在讨论可能的合作方式。潜在合作伙伴可利用该集团提供的场地，对电动汽车充电桩业务进行全面投资、运营及维护，或该集团亦可向潜在合作伙伴购买电动汽车充电桩的设备及设施，并委任潜在合作伙伴为电动汽车充电桩运营商。潜在合作伙伴亦可为集团提供量身定製的解决方案，例如统包分批施工、分包及合作。磋商结束后，双方将签署一份正式协议。于谅解备忘录日期，概未确定任何重大条款或业务合作形式，双方亦未就合作订立具有法律约束力的协议。
