宏强控股(08262)控股股东无意向潜在买方出售所持股份 12月28日复牌
宏强控股(08262)公布，董事会注意到公司股份的价格于2023年12月27日大幅下跌。经就公司作出于有关情况下属合理的相关查询后，董事会确认，除本公告所披露者外，董事会并不知悉任何相关价格波动的其他原因或任何须予公布以避免公司证券出现虚假市场的资料，任何根据香港法例第571章证券及期货条例第XIVA部须予披露的内幕消息。
董事会获悉，公司主席、执行董事兼控股股东郭栋强(目前透过由郭栋强全资拥有的Best Brain Investments Limited持有公司全部已发行股本约31.41%)就可能销售其持有全部或部分的股份获一名独立第三方(潜在买方)接触。于本公告日期，郭栋强与潜在买方概无进行磋商，概无就潜在销售订立任何正式及具法律约束力的买卖协议，及概无就潜在销售协定任何条款(包括但不限于有关定价的 条款)。董事会亦获郭栋强知会，彼无意向潜在买方出售Best Brain Investments Limited 所持有的股份。因此，潜在销售将不会落实。
此外，公司已申请股份自2023年12月28日上午9点起复牌。
