中关村科技租赁(01601)与广东万嘉通通信科技及广州万顺中诺通信科技订立采购协议和融资租赁协议
中关村科技租赁(01601)公布，于2023年12月26日，公司作为买方与供应商广东万嘉通通信科技有限公司及承租人II广州万顺中诺通信科技有限公司订立采购协议，据此，该公司向供应商购买租赁资产III，购买价款为人民币4899.9万元;及公司作为出租人与承租人II订立融资租赁协议III，据此(其中包括)，公司向承租人II出租租赁资产III，租赁期为60个月，总租赁款项约为人民币4119.93万元，包括融资租赁本金为人民币3578.9万元及融资租赁利息收入(含增值税)约为人民币541.03万元。
租赁资产III为通信基站服务业务项下相关生产设备，公允价值约为人民币4899.9万元。
