国联证券(01456)订立房屋租赁合同及装修项目协议书以满足在上海地区的办公场所需求
国联证券(01456)公布，为满足公司在上海地区的办公场所需求，公司于2023年12月27日与虹茂置业订立房屋租赁合同，及与虹鼎置业、华昕设计及康业装饰订立装修项目协议书。
根据房屋租赁合同，公司租赁虹茂置业持有的上海星立方大厦B座1层商业、B座2-4层、6-10层房屋用于办公;根据装修项目协议书，公司委托虹鼎置业负责租赁标的装修的招标、管理、验收、付款和结算等相关工作。虹鼎置业通过公开招标确定总承包单位为康业装饰及华昕设计，由其共同负责装修项目。
