宋都服务(09608)完成发行6.4亿股认购股份
宋都服务(09608)发布公告，内容有关公司根据一般授权认购新股份，各认购协议所载的所有先决条件均已达成，而完成已于2023 年12月27日根据各认购协议的条款及条件落实。认购人以认购价每股认购股份 0.05568港元获配发及发行合共6.4亿股认购股份，占公司于紧接完成前已发行股本的约20%;及紧随完成后经配发及发行认购股份扩大后的公司已发行股本的约16.67%。认购事项的所得款项总额为3563.52万港元，而认购事项的所得款项净额估计约为3383.52万港元。
此外，内容有关认购Black Cat可换股票据。公司拟将认购事项所得款项净额的用途由原定的一般营运资金变更为认购有关可换股票据。公司认为，有关所得款项用途的变动可更好地利用所得款项净额，并符合集团及股东的整体利益。
