中集集团(02039)：中集醇科拟先申请其股票在全国股转系统挂牌 再申请在北交所上市
中集集团(02039)公布，2023年12月27日，董事会同意公司通过下属控股子公司中集安瑞科(03899)间接控股的子公司中集安瑞醇科技股份有限公司(以下简称：中集醇科)的上市方案，即适用全国中小企业股份转让系统和北京证券交易所的直联审核监管机制，即中集醇科先申请其股票在全国股转系统挂牌，挂牌后再直联申请向不特定合格投资者公开发行股票并在北交所上市;或根据北交所政策允许的其他方式申请在北交所上市。
