越秀交通基建(01052)：行使“21越交01”发行人赎回选择权
越秀交通基建(01052)发布公告，公司于2021年1月25日完成“越秀交通基建有限公司公开发行2021年公司债券(面向专业投资者)(第一期)”(简称“21越交01”)的发行，本期债券实际发行规模为人民币10亿元，票面利率为3.63%。
公司决定放弃行使发行人调整票面利率选择权，并行使本期债券的发行人赎回选择权，对赎回登记日登记在册的“21越交01”进行全额赎回。基于该安排，投资者不再行使投资者回售选择权。赎回登记日：2024年1月24日。赎回资金兑付日：2024年1月25日。
