五矿资源(01208)发布公告，有关收购CUPROUS CAPITAL LTD 全部已发行股本，于2023年12月22日，目标公司的附属公司 Khoemacau Copper Mining (Pty) Ltd, 已获得博茨瓦纳矿产及能源部长 (The Minister of Minerals and Energy of Botswana) 就因收购事项引致转让 Khoemacau 铜矿有关的项目许可证和探矿许可证的控制权益的批准。董事会欣然宣布，矿产及能源部批准条件已于2023年12月22日获达成。
