晨鸣纸业(01812)子公司寿光美伦1.97亿元出售金信期货35.4331%股权
晨鸣纸业(01812)公布，2023年12月25日，寿光美伦与粤开证券、鼎安欣合伙企业、陈平森签订了《产权交易合同》，粤开证券受让金信期货30%股权，鼎安欣合伙企业受让金信期货4.99%股权、陈平森受让金信期货0.4431%股权，总代价为1.97亿元。
公告称，寿光美伦出售金信期货股权有助于优化资产结构，增加现金流入，充分发挥自身优势聚焦制浆、造纸主业发展，进一步增强公司的盈利能力。交易完成后，寿光美伦将不再持有金信期货股权。
