华侨城(亚洲)(03366)附属24.3亿元向江苏金峰水泥集团出售上海苏河湾项目
华侨城(亚洲)(03366)公布，华侨城上海置地已于2023年 12月 22日获北京产权交易所通知，通过公开挂牌程序江苏金峰水泥集团有限公司已获识别为建议出售的中标人。华侨城上海置地与买方已于2023年12月25日按最终代价人民币24.3亿元(含增值税)订立交易协议以根据其条款转让销售资产。
据悉，销售资产包括以下中国上海苏河湾项目部分，包括酒店房产主体及其他建筑、T1楼地下1至2层酒店设施及配套用房及88个地下车位。
