白云山(00874)：沃博联广药基金引入新兴基金及工业基金公司作为新合伙人
白云山(00874)公布，于 2023 年 12 月 25 日，沃博联广药基金原合伙人与新兴基金及工业基金公司签订新合伙协议，据此，原合伙人同意引入新兴基金及工业基金公司作为沃博联广药基金的新合伙人并对合作协议所附的合伙协议进行相应修订。新合伙协议中广药基金对沃博联广药基金的出资金额、出资方式等核心条款均维持不变。基金规模为人民币 9 亿元，新兴基金、工业基金公司认缴出资额分别为人民币1.8亿元及4300万元。
本次沃博联广药基金新增有限合伙人、扩大规模是基金管理人在授权范围内申请政府引导基金出资而实施的基金后续募集，不存在损害基金及原合伙人利益的情形。同时，公司出资设立的广药基金对沃博联广药基金的出资金额、出资方式不变，不会对公司财务及经营状况产生不利影响，不存在损害公司及中小股东利益的情况。广药基金出资设立沃博联广药基金旨在加快公司对外投资步伐，发现和培育具备市场竞争力的优质标的，基金规模的扩大更助于上述目标的实现。
