德康农牧(02419)建议实施H股全流通
德康农牧(02419)公布，公司已于2023年12月25日向中国证监会提交申请，以将其若干内资股转为公司H股。在取得所有相关批准(包括中国证监会及联交所批准)及符合所有适用法律、法规及规章后，该等内资股将被转为H股，而公司将就该等H股向联交所申请上市及买卖。
