环球战略集团(08007)持有的宜昌标典股权被冻结
环球战略集团(08007)公布，该集团持有非全资附属公司宜昌市标典天然气利用有限公司(宜昌标典)股权现正被山西省长治市监察委员会冻结，宜昌标典被冻结股权合计人民币1470万元。该集团已聘请中国法律顾问就冻结行动及被冻结股权向集团提供相关法律意见，公司经与中国法律顾问核实冻结行动后决定尽快发布本公告。
根据中国法律顾问表示，宜昌标典的日常业务不会因冻结行动而受到限制或不利影响。然而，于冻结行动期间，该集团无法进行任何与被冻结股权所有权变更相关的备案，也无法对被冻结股权办理质押登记手续。中国法律顾问告知该集团，鉴于宜昌标典并未收到明确冻结股息、红利及其他收益的任何通知或其他法律文件，影响该集团有权享有宜昌标典股息的风险相对较低。董事会已指示中国法律顾问索取进一步资讯及相关文件，并查询冻结行动背后原因，以及就冻结行动对集团造成的潜在法律后果提供意见。
