中国中车(01766)：时代新材(600458.SH)拟向中车金控定增不超过6.6131亿元A股
中国中车(01766)公布，于2023年12月26日，时代新材(600458.SH)(该公司的非全资附属公司)与中车金控订立股份认购协议，据此，中车金控同意认购时代新材拟非公开发行的A股，认购总金额不超过人民币6.6131亿元。本次发行完成后，时代新材仍将为该公司的附属公司。
据悉，时代新材拟向不超过35名的特定投资者发行不超过本次发行前总股份的 30%(即24,736.1446万股)的A股股票，中车金控同意以时代新材本次融资规模的50.87%且不高于人民币6.6131亿元的现金认购时代新材本次拟向特定对象发行的A股股票。
本次发行及认购有利于助力该公司及时代新材抓住产业发展机遇，打造未来产业优势，实现以融促产、产融结合，从而进一步贯彻公司“一核三极多点”战略部署，落实公司“双赛道双集群”战略构想，推动公司及时代新材高质量发展。
