农业银行(01288)公布，因工作调整，韩国强先生请求辞去该行董事会秘书、公司秘书职务。根据《中华人民共和国公司法》《中国农业银行股份有限公司章程》的规定，韩国强先生的辞职信于2023年12月26日送达董事会并生效。
在该行董事会秘书空缺期间，由该行首席风险官武刚先生代行该行董事会秘书职责。
