江苏宁沪高速公路(00177)拟出资32.5亿元投资建设无锡至太仓高速公路无锡至苏州段项目
江苏宁沪高速公路(00177)公布，于2023年12月26日，董事会同意公司以自有资金出资人民币32.5亿元牵头组建项目公司，投资建设无锡至太仓高速公路无锡至苏州段项目(以下简称“锡太项目”)，锡太项目概算总投资为约人民币241.98亿元，其中项目资本金约人民币120.99亿元，占总投资的50%。
根据项目实际建设及用款需求批复，项目公司初期注册资本为人民币65亿元，锡太项目资本投资各方比例为：该公司出资人民币32.5亿元，股比50%;无锡市投资主体出资人民币23.52亿元，股比36.19%;苏州市投资主体出资人民币8.977亿元，股比13.81%。后期，各出资方根据实际建设进度按持股比例对项目公司进行增资扩股，直至项目公司注册资本达到项目批复资本金金额。
