中国华融(02799)：卢敏霖担任公司独立非执行董事的任职资格已获得核准
中国华融(02799)公布，公司于近日收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于中国华融资产管理股份有限公司卢敏霖任职资格的批复》(金复[2023]500号)，卢敏霖担任公司独立非执行董事的任职资格已获得核准。根据相关规定及年度股东大会决议，自2023年12月24日(「核准日」)起，卢敏霖就任公司独立非执行董事，任期三年，任期届满可连选连任。同时，卢敏霖自核准日起担任董事会战略发展委员会委员、关联交易委员会委员、审计委员会委员及审计委员会主任，任期与其董事任期一致。
自核准日起，谢孝衍不再担任公司独立非执行董事、董事会战略发展委员会、关联交易委员会委员及审计委员会主任职务。
