上海石油化工股份(00338)拟与中石化股份、中石化上海工程签订技术开发文件
上海石油化工股份(00338)公布，董事会于2023年12月25日审议并批准该公司拟与中石化股份、中石化上海工程签订技术开发文件I;及该公司拟与中石化股份签订技术开发文件II。技术开发文件将于 2023年12月31日前签署。技术开发文件I的总代价为人民币8645万元，技术开发文件II的总代价为人民币4,440万元。
技术开发文件I为中石化股份委托该公司及中石化上海工程开发大丝束碳纤维及原丝产业化技术升级及国产化装备优化的课题并于2025年12月交付开发成果，包括报告及检测报告等。
技术开发文件II为中石化股份委托该公司开发24K硫氰酸钠湿法SCF49S碳纤维产业化技术优化的课题并于2025年12月交付开发成果，包括报告及检测报告等。
公告称，公司万吨级48K大丝束碳纤维装置一阶段建成并投产，技术开发文件项下交易有利于提高公司产品品质，进一步形成碳纤维“通用级+高性能”、“小丝束+大丝束”全产品谱系优势，提升市场竞争力。
