中州证券(01375)全资子公司中州蓝海完成工商变更登记
中州证券(01375)公布，公司基于自身发展规划，结合中州蓝海投资管理有限公司(公司全资子公司，以下简称“中州蓝海”)的发展需求，对中州蓝海注册资本由人民币 35 亿元调减至人民币 32 亿元，并已完成相关工商变更登记手续。本次调整不会对公司正常经营产生影响，中州蓝海的股权结构、经营范围和主营业务未发生变动。
