复星旅游文化(01992)发布公告，Henri Giscard d’Estaing先生近日请辞执行董事、董事会副董事长、董事会战略委员会成员、董事会环境、社会及管治委员会成员，自2023年12月22日起生效。 Giscard d’Estaing先生(Club Med总裁)想在此重要发展阶段投入更多时间及精力于Club Med业务。Giscard d’Estaing先生将留任公司的联席首席执行官，以致其经验及专长可继续为公司的业务及营运作出贡献。
蔡贤安先生已获委任为环境、社会及管治委员会成员，自2023年12月22日起生效。
