通达集团(00698)拟6000万港元收购Credence Technology Limited
通达集团(00698)公布，于2023年12月22日，公司的间接全资附属Tongda Intelligence (BVI) Co Limited拟向Tongda Group (Asia) Limited收购Credence Technology Limited的全部已发行股本，代价为6000万港元。
据悉，目标集团主要从事生产小型电机、小型风扇、微型电机及其精密制造。
经考虑目标集团主要业务的市场潜力;目标公司一直改善的财务状况;卖方根据买卖协议向买方提供的EBITDA保证;及目标集团的主要业务(精密制造)，而有关业务透过提升其制造能力;及整合供应链致使集团能够提供核心零部件以及装饰部件及外壳，补足了集团的现有制造业务，公司认为，收购事项将令集团与目标集团的现有业务产生协同效应，并将令集团的业务发展及股东整体受益。
