中信建投证券(06066)附属拟出资1.75亿元与金控资本、北京临空智谷等设立基金 进一步支持北交所的建设与发展
中信建投证券(06066)公布，于2023年12月22日，该公司全资附属中信建投投资有限公司与该公司的关联人士北京金融控股集团有限公司附属公司，即北京金财基金管理有限公司以及北京金控资本有限公司以及其他相关主体订立相关协议，内容涉及北京金建北交股权基金合伙企业(有限合伙)(暂定名，以下简称“基金”)的设立及管理。
基金为于中国注册的有限合伙，以支持北京证券交易所高质量建设，助力中小企业高速发展为目标，重点聚焦拟于北交所上市的优质企业及新兴产业高成长性初创型企业，主要投向制造业、信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业及科学和技术服务业，并关注“2441”高精尖产业体系。
所有合伙人向基金缴付的认缴出资总额为人民币5亿元，金财基金、金控资本、中信建投投资及北京临空智谷分别出资100万元、1.74亿元、1.75亿元及1.5亿元。
公告称，中信建投投资拟通过参与设立该基金，进一步支持北交所的建设与发展，助力提升资本市场效率和流动性;更好服务“专精特新”中小企业，支持首都高精尖产业布局，全方位助力实体经济发展。
