宋都服务(09608)认购Black Cat 900万澳元的可换股票据
宋都服务(09608)公布，于2023年12月22日，公司(作为认购人)与Black Cat(作为发行人)就认购可换股票据订立约束性条款合同，据此，该公司同意使用内部资源认购合共900万澳元的可换股票据。可换股票据按10%的年利率计息，换股价为每股0.225澳元。
据悉，Black Cat为一间于澳洲证券交易所上市的公司(股份代号：BC8)，主要从事位于西澳洲的金矿项目的矿产勘探和经济评估。
