中国国航(00753)拟向中航集团发行不超过8.547亿股A股 向中航有限发行不超过约3.93亿股H股
中国国航(00753)公布，公司拟向中航集团发行不超过8.547亿股A股，不超过发行前公司总股本的 30%。发行 A 股股票的价格为 7.02 元/股，募集资金总额不超过人民币 60.00 亿元(含本数)，所得净额用于引进 17 架飞机项目及补充流动资金。
此外，公司拟向中航集团全资子公司中国航空(集团)有限公司发行不超过约3.93亿股H股，发行价格为 5.09 港元/股，募集资金总额不超过港币 20.00 亿元(含本数)，扣除发行费用后将全部用于补充公司一般运营资金。
