一元宇宙(01616)拟出售华晟泰通、汉星瑾宏、勇明影视及睿博星辰100%注册资本
一元宇宙(01616)公布，于2023年12月22日，北京星宏文化发展有限公司(一间由该集团以合约安排方式控制的中国公司)拟向东阳星晟(北京)文化发展有限公司出售华晟泰通、汉星瑾宏、勇明影视及睿博星辰100%注册资本 ，代价为人民币360万元。预期该集团将实现出售事项溢利约人民币6357.9万元。
据悉，所有目标公司均于中国成立，主要从事(其中包括)影视剧的投资、制作及分销以及相关业务。
公告称，该集团不断调整投资战略及制作结构，以适应影视产业格局的变化。其旨在减少对传统电视台销售渠道的依赖，加强与新媒体平台的合作。在线视频网站、社交媒体及短视频平台的迅速崛起推动了这一转变，成为主流内容提供商。该集团冀利用现有资源及优势，顺应行业发展的新趋势。经审阅目标公司的财务表现及营运情况后，董事会认为进行出售事项乃属恰当。出售事项一经落实，将令集团可重新分配其资源作未来发展。
