火山邑动国际控股(01715)附属与深水湾控股就销售及分销健康产品订立战略合作框架协议
火山邑动国际控股(01715)公布，于2023年12月22日，公司间接全资附属公司上海米逸及科技有限公司与深水湾控股(深圳)集团有限公司就销售及分销健康产品订立战略合作框架协议。
根据战略合作框架协议，上海米逸及拟与深水湾控股建立战略合作关系，通过建立线上销售平台及线下零售店，扩大在中国健康行业的市场份额。
公司认为，中国市场对健康产品的需求依然强劲。公司相信，与深水湾控股的战略合作乃业务增长的机遇，同时亦可扩大及多元化公司的客户基础。因此，董事会认为本次战略合作符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
